Shipping Policy

Orders through our store are subject to the shipping eligibility displayed at checkout. Destination, item, carrier, and applicable restrictions may limit service; any free shipping eligibility and charges are shown at checkout.

Check the delivery address, email address, and phone number carefully before submitting an order. Tracking information is supplied when available, and carrier scans may take time to update.

If a parcel stops moving or does not arrive, provide your order number, checkout email, and tracking details for a carrier inquiry. If tracking says delivered, check the delivery area and household before contacting us; for damage, preserve the packaging and send photos or video.

Allow approximately 1–2 business days for us to process a normal order. After processing, estimated delivery takes 3–5 business days; this transit estimate is separate from preparation time and is not a guarantee.
