What are the time estimates? Processing normally takes around 1–2 business days and is separate from the 3–5 business days estimated for transit. Is shipping free? Any free shipping eligibility and applicable charges are confirmed at checkout, and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Can I return an item without a defect? New goods qualify for return or exchange requests regardless of whether a defect is present. An item need not be defective: changing your mind, choosing incorrectly, or having a different preference are accepted reasons. A return or exchange must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please retain the original packaging, labels, and accessories, and keep the goods new, unused, and in original condition.

What does a mail return require? All returns are postal returns using the free in-package return label, and you must obtain authorization before mailing them. No fee is charged for restocking, and exchanges are limited to merchandise actually in stock.

Who can help with an item problem? Report any damage, fault, incorrect shipment, missing part, or material difference from the description so we can help. Please identify the order and checkout email and describe your concern, adding photographs or video of the goods and packaging for damage, faults, wrong shipments, or missing items. The original payment method receives an approved refund, which we process within 10 days following approval.
